Bulldog to Host Emergency Vehicle Service Course with Hale and Class1

Here at Bulldog Fire & Emergency Apparatus, we’re always looking for ways to better connect with our customers and assist them with all of their emergency vehicle needs. April 3rd and 4th, we will be partnering with Hale and Class1 to provide our customers a unique education opportunity. The event will be held off-site at a Boston training facility, where departments large and small can network with one another while learning important maintenance and diagnostic tips.

The two day course will be held from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm each day, free of charge to Bulldog customers. Instructors from Hale and Class1 will be there to educate participants on pumps and the Es-Key multiplexing system. The event will help prepare participants for EVT certification, but attendees will include more than just service technicians and fleet managers.  By involving other members of the department, such as chiefs and the first responders themselves, Bulldog hopes to educate course participants on the proper way to diagnose issues and accurately convey them to those working on the vehicle. This should help reduce downtime significantly, as less time will be spent searching for the correct problem arising from a communication issue, and more time rectifying it.
